Our Story

It all started with a goal to create more nourishing and less processed foods, which has now grown into “Flourish”. Today, Flourish produces small batch, stone-ground, 100% whole grain flours, freshly milled from quality Canadian grains. 

Milled to order, each bag retains the natural oils, enzymes, and nutrients often lost or altered through industrial processing. This is flour as it was meant to be - a single ingredient, milled simply, with nothing added or removed.
