Storage and Handling

Our Process

Our flour is freshly milled in small batches using a traditional stone-ground mill, preserving the grain's natural character and flavour. After milling, the flour is allowed to cool naturally to room temperature, ensuring stability and quality. It is then carefully packaged and frozen in protective Mylar bags to lock in freshness until it reaches your kitchen.

Keep flour frozen. For best handling, allow flour to come to room temperature before opening  to prevent condensation. Bake with room temperature flour for best results, and refreeze any remaining flour promptly.
